Beth: On the mend. Face has stopped hurting from blocked sinuses. Even my teeth hurt at the height of the thing. I feel better that (seemingly) everyone else suffered too – misery really does love company (just not in the bed at 3AM).

Get well soon. My teeth have fallen out from sucking all those Soothers sweets and I never had the anti-flu jab offered by my workplace, so I’m now suffering with the rest.

Oh dear – I hate those noises at that time in the morning. Well actually I hate those crinkly crackly noises at any time of the day but even so – this whole national cold thing is a pain in the bum – hope you all get well soon.
